SubEthaEdit: did you know?
SubEthaEdit is a very cool Texteditor for Mac OS. It is able to compose a great variety of filetypes. Now there’s a feature I wasn’t aware of:
F5 turns on/off auto-completion, regardless of the filtype you are editing. The funny thing: While editing textfiles it presents a nice Dictionary. This piece of software is so cool…
RIP: „Rack 17“
Du warst ein Teil von mir, ich ein Teil von Dir. Heute bist Du von uns gegangen, heimlich, still und leise. Lebe wohl, Rack 17! ;-)
Why I love Macs
It’s all about simplicity! Today I copied our complete Mailserver (serving hundreds of accounts) from one (old) Mac to a newer one. After adjusting the IP-Adresses I rebooted the newer machine and – voíla – everything worked fine. It took me 10 Minutes to copy the folder and to adjust the settings.
