Dilbert says *GOTCHA*

Any business school professor will tell you that the objective of business communication is the clear transfer of information. That’s why professors rarely succeed in business.
The real objective of business communication is to advance your career. That objective is generally at odds with the notion of „clear transfer of information“.

… A Mission statement is defined as „a long awkward sentence that demonstrates management’s inability to think clearly“.

The Dilbert Principle, Scott Adams

Today it happened: I’m lost due to an unclear transfer of information and management’s inability to think clearly. Since 2 months I’m working on a huge project for one of the biggest companys in Germany. Today I was informed that the look and feel of the Application I’m working on has to be redesigned from the ground. That’s how it works: 20 people are staring at your project and everyone of them communicates only with his own career in mind. *sigh*
