Spiegel online today tells a story about the first 3D data within Google Earth for Germany. Hamburg is the first city that not only will have 3D buildings, but textured walls, too. The pictures shown on the page are awesome, BUT: Hamburg isn’t the first city: Some skyscrapers of Frankfurt are already implemented in 3D with textured walls.
